What is a book scanner?
Book scanners are professional devices used for automatic digitization of books and documents. Such scanning takes place in a non-contact way, in just a few seconds. Due to the contactless operation of the device, scanners can digitize destroyed documents. Book scanners can digitize documents up to A2 size. Each device has built-in software that allows for electronic image processing (i.e. brightness correction, saturation correction, line alignment, image centering).
